PriceCast is designed to be an ‘out of the box’ solution. This means that, after one of our engineers has surveyed your forecourt (at no obligation or cost to you), we should be able to install PriceCast in a matter of hours.

We will actively monitor your system for the first 48 hours to ensure PriceCast is functioning fully and in line with the parameters you have set. On an ongoing basis, an alert will be sent to an engineer at PriceCast head office if anything stops working as it should – giving you complete peace of mind.

PriceCast is by its nature intuitive and you should have no difficulty exploring the features and benefits on offer. A designated account manager will talk you, and any desired staff, through the system and we are always on hand to answer any technical questions. If site visits are required, we will do these within 24 hours at no cost to you.

PriceCast is completely OS independent and runs on all HTML5 compatible tablets and phones. This provides flexibility, making it possible for authorised users to access the PriceCast tool from anywhere in the world and at any time. Depending on staff roles, relevant features and information can be accessible from the field as well as the office or home.

PriceCast is designed to integrate with any ERP, POS or other third party system. This makes PriceCast an ‘out of the box’ add-on, easily integrated into virtually any existing infrastructure.

A full suite of template reports is provided to customers of PriceCast. If you have specific requirements, reports can be created in exactly the shape and format you wish and exported to other systems or programs if needed.
